As written previously, Tracey delivered the flowers on a day that the recipient was home. I had several phone calls and emails from the florist Tracey to organise this as the recipient wasn't home for several days. Tracey kept me up to date with delivery options.I would definitely recommend Snowballs Flower Gallery in Rosebud. I ordered flowers over the internet to be delivered the following day but I then found out that the recipient wouldn't be home for a few days. I phoned Tracey and she worked with me to deliver the flowers after I confirmed that the recipient would be home. She offered to make the bouquet in fresh flowers that were being delivered that day and my friend stated that the flower arrangement was beautiful.

As a male sending flowers to your partner you hope for the best when picking out a bunch online and when i was sent a picture of what was delivered they were even better than i expected. Added to that they were well priced and same day delivery so very happy.

Easy website to navigate, connected to me to a florist local to the person I wanted to send the flowers to - which is something that matters to me. Using local businesses, that utilise local resources. Would happily use this website again.My friend was so pleased with her flowers, and especially because the business was local, locally owned and part of the community. The website was easy to navigate and I would happily use Snowballs Florist again!

The service was excellent as the flowers arrived on time and as described in the online picture.I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my wife. The ordering process was easy and the flowers delivered on the date requested. My wife commented on how beautiful the arrangement was and the quality/freshness of the flowers. I'll order from Snowballs again and most certainly can recommend them.

My lovely girlfriends sent me these gorgeous stunning flowers today after the passing of my dear sweet mum. They are beautiful, lots of buds and are beautifully wrapped. I think I have found a new florist to use.
